The acquisition of a controlling stake in KBJ and the strategic entry of SOA People Group into the Polish market takes place a year after the announcement of the acquisition of COZUMEVI, the leader of the Turkish SAP services market. These are further acquisitions that strengthen the position of SOA People Group among the top three European suppliers of SAP software and services.

Before the transaction, JR Holding ASI S.A. a cocompany listed on the WSE was the largest shareholder  investment, which sold all KBJ shares it had previously owned.
