S/4HANA Implementation at the Polish Security Printing Works

Digital Transformation with SAP S/4HANA

On June 20, 2024, the official launch of the project aimed at implementing the SAP S/4HANA system at PWPW S.A. took place.

The project is being executed by a consortium consisting of KBJ S.A. (Consortium Leader) and Ensis Technology Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Member). Under the contract, the Contractor will be responsible for implementing the SAP S/4HANA system at PWPW, migrating data from the SAP ECC system, and integrating it with SAP Analytics Cloud and other external software. Additionally, a team of the contractor's consultants will provide warranty support, training, and user assistance.

Scope of Work

The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of system functionalities, starting from finance and controlling, through logistics, sales, and production management, to solutions such as quality management, investment management, and tools for building document workflows.

Project Goals

The primary goal of implementing the new ERP system version is to obtain consistent and complete management information in all business areas and to unify PWPW's information resources, in particular by: increasing the efficiency and ease of managing and developing an ERP-class system, optimizing the number of PWPW business processes, and reducing the number of extensions used in the existing ECC system.
