regarding the processing of personal data for marketing purposes based on the consent
- The Administrator of your personal data is KBJ S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-161), at Obozowa 57, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000387799, NIP: 7262571799, REGON: 100393858.
- Inquiries regarding the protection and processing of personal data can be sent via e-mail to the address rodo@kbj.com.pl or by traditional mail to the address of the Administrator's seat.
- The administrator processes the personal data provided by the person for marketing purposes on the basis of a separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- The administrator may perform profiling only on the basis of personal data provided by the person (he does not combine information obtained from various sources), in order to analyze needs and preferences, and then, on this basis, adjusts marketing information about selected events, products and services, directed from that person ( Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Thanks to profiling, the Administrator can direct a marketing message more desirable (valuable) by its recipients, while limiting the marketing message, which is highly unlikely to be in the area of interest of a given person.
- The recipients of your personal data are entities cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of written entrustment agreements in order to perform the tasks and services specified in the contract for the Administrator, in particular in the scope of:
a. organized marketing events - substantive, technical and other partners;
b. marketing and PR services,
c. making settlements - banks,
d. IT, consulting, auditing, legal and tax services.
e. postal and courier services as well
f. as authorized employees or associates of KBJ S.A. - Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or submit an effective objection.
- Your personal data will be stored on servers located in the European Economic Area - EEA). Personal data may be transferred to third countries to the extent that it is necessary for KBJ S.A. to use cloud services provided by global providers of such services, and the transfer shall take place in accordance with the relevant provisions of law governing the principles of personal data protection, in particular based on standard contractual clauses, in accordance with templates approved by the European Commission.
- With regard to the processed personal data pursuant to art. 15-21 GDPR, you have the right to:
a. the right to access data;
b. the right to rectify data that is incorrect, supplement incomplete data, including receiving a copy of data;
c. the right to limit processing,
d. the right to delete data;
e. the right to data portability;
f. the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
g. the right to object to processing;
h. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
