Information Clause
regarding the processing of personal data of job applicants
  1. The Administrator of your personal data is KBJ S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-161), at Obozowa 57, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000387799, NIP: 7262571799, REGON: 100393858.
  2. Inquiries regarding the protection and processing of personal data can be sent via e-mail to the address rodo@kbj.com.pl or by traditional mail to the address of the Administrator's seat.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the Labor Code and art. 6 sec. 1 (a) the consent of the data subject and Art. 6 sec. 1 (f), i.e. the Controller's legitimate interest in hiring new employees.
  4. The purpose of processing your personal data is:
    a. preparation and service of the recruitment process;
    b. verification of the correctness of the collected applications;
    c. organizing and conducting an interview;
    d. if it is necessary - enabling on-line participation in the interview, including granting appropriate access to the application through which the recruitment meeting will take place;
    e. notification of candidates about the results of job interviews;
    f. presenting a job offer to selected candidates;
    g. preparation and sending of employee documents to candidates who were offered a job;
    h. attaching the application to the documentation of a new employee;
    i. participation in future recruitment processes of candidates who have given their consent;
    j. pursuing claims and defending against them.
  5. KBJ S.A. will process the personal data of participants in recruitment processes:
    a. obtained through cooperating with the Administrator of recruitment portals or directly from the candidate;
    b. to the extent resulting directly from the provisions of labor law and the specificity of the position offered, including: name, surname, contact details (e-mail address and / or telephone number), professional experience and education.
  6. The recipients of your personal data may be:
    a. authorized employees or associates of KBJ S.A. 
    b. authorized employees of other subsidiaries from the Administrator's group; 
    c. entities providing the Administrator with, inter alia, recruitment, IT, advisory, audit, legal and tax services; d. entities providing postal and courier services.
  7. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to prepare and implement the recruitment process. In accordance with the internal policy and applicable regulations, KBJ archives the applications of candidates until the recruitment process is completed (i.e. until the end of the trial period). Applications for the purposes of future recruitment processes are stored for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the consent given by the candidate. After this date, unless the candidate agrees to further storage of data for future processes, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
  8. Your personal data is not transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area - EEA) or to international organizations. However, personal data may be transferred to third countries to the extent necessary for the use by KBJ S.A. from cloud services provided by global providers of such services, the transfer will take place in accordance with the relevant legal provisions regulating the principles of personal data protection, in particular on the basis of standard contractual clauses, in accordance with the templates approved by the European Commission.
  9. Personal data may be processed in an automated manner, but are not subject to profiling.
  10. With regard to the processed personal data pursuant to art. 15-21 GDPR, you have the right to:
    a. the right to access data,
    b. the right to rectify incorrect data, supplement incomplete data;
    c. the right to limit processing,
    d. the right to delete data;
    e. the right to data portability;
    f. the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
    g. the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
